Train Stations in Berlin:
Station Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) is located close to the government district in the heart of Berlin. The Central Station is also a regional train station and has a direct link to Berlin’s S-Bahn network. From there it takes about 10 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz or Station Zoo by S-Bahn.

Berlin Ostbahnhof is located in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district. It is a long distance railway station as well as a regional train and S-Bahn station. From Ostbahnhof S-Bahn trains need about 10 minutes to get to Berlin Central Station. On their way they stop at Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße.

The station Gesundbrunnen is located in Berlin’s northern district Mitte. At Gesundbrunnen long-distance trains stop as well as regional trains heading north and towards the Baltic Sea. The station has direct links to the S- and U-Bahn network of Berlin.

Station Berlin Südkreuz is located south of Berlin’s city center in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district. Long distance trains as well as regional trains stop at Station Südkreuz. Furthermore, it is directly linked with S-Bahn Station Südkreuz. From there the travelling time towards the inner city takes about 20 minutes.

Station Berlin Spandau is located in the western outskirts of the Spandau city district. Long distance and regional trains stop at Station Spandau. The station is directly connected to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. The S-Bahn to Berlin City Center takes about 30 minutes. At Station Spandau the U-Bahn Line 7 departs towards Neukölln with stops in Charlottenburg and Schöneberg.

At the regional train stations regional trains regularly depart and arrive, especially to and from stations in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. From regional train stations trains leave to the Baltic Sea, the Harz mountain and many other regions and towns in the east of Germany.
